Platform Architecture

Locayta ESP is a software framework controlled by a rules engine, into which various software components can be integrated and interact with each other.

The software components within the ESP platform include: a real-time recommendation engine, a sophisticated onsite search engine, a static merchandising engine, tools for product data aggregation and browsing, a reporting module, an in-context toolkit (to provide page previews) and a Control Panel.

Implementation is typically a very light touch javascript integration or where required integration can be at a server-to-server level. Once ESP is implemented, an entire site can be configured with online merchandising in about 10-minutes.
